Thad Thrash
Thad Thrash established Thrash Construction Services, LLC (TCS) in 2012, and utilizes his 37 years of experience in the construction industry to ensure that the company runs productively and the client's needs are met. TCS is a single-owner LLC, with a continued focus on providing general construction services to the Southeast construction markets. Louisiana Division Manager
Chris Cox
Chris Cox has been with TCS since it was founded in 2012. With 18 years of experience in the construction industry, Chris utilizes his strong communication skills to ensure clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and other TCS employees to facilitate project completion on time and within budget. Every day is different in the construction industry, and Chris understands the value of adaptability and team work to overcome obstacles as they arise.

In his free time, Chris enjoys cooking and cooks for the annual "Battle of the Gumbo Gladiator" fundraiser with the TCS team every year.

Tennessee Division Manager
Jonathan Polk
Jonathan Polk is a seasoned professional in the field of commercial construction bringing over a decade of experience to his role as a Project Manager at TCS. With a proven track record of successfully overseeing complex projects, Jonathan has become a vital asset in assuring the seamless execution of high-profile construction ventures. Jonathan joined the TCS team in 2014 and in 2021 relocated to Nashville, TN to spearhead the TCS Nashville Division.

Eddie Breaux
As a Project Manager at Thrash Construction Services, Eddie Breaux brings over 25 years of expertise in the construction industry. He is a dedicated manager, whose main goal is to ensure our clients receive the highest quality services that meet and exceed their expectations. While not at work, Eddie enjoys outdoor activities and is a member of several charitable and conservation groups.

Gabe Thrash
Gabe Thrash is a Construction Management graduate from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. With a strong foundation in project planning, leadership, and hands-on construction practices, he is dedicated to delivering quality results in every project he undertakes.
Outside of work, Gabe enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors.

Administrator
Rachel Thrash
After many years on the sidelines, Rachel Thrash joined the TCS team in 2022. Rachel has a BA in Economics from Mizzou. As an insurance broker for many years, she has detailed knowledge of the liability and business practices of company operations. Rachel retired in 2022 from the insurance industry to be more involved in the family business. Rachel is involved in the Human Resources, Accounting, and Financial Reporting functions at TCS. Rachel and Thad have been married for over 30 years and are proud parents of 3 young men and one happy Lab named Ranger (who is often at the office).

Cindy Smith
Cindy Smith has been with Thrash Construction Services since it was founded in 2012. Cindy’s many years of experience make her an invaluable asset to the company. Cindy works side by side with the Project Managers , trains new employees, and works to solve any unexpected issues that might arise in a day. Cindy loves to travel and is a big fan of music.

Administrative Assistant
Lindsey Dupree
Lindsey Dupree has been a valued member of the TCS team since 2015. She began her journey as an Accounting Clerk, where she spent seven years supporting the financial operations of the company with precision and dedication. Today, Lindsey serves as a Project Administrative Assistant in our Louisiana Division, where she plays a vital role in coordinating project documentation, supporting field teams, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family and friends, embracing the outdoors, and expressing her creativity through crafting.

Kennedy Grove
Before working with Thrash Construction in early 2025, Kennedy was an admin assistant for a commercial cleaning company. She helps along side the Tennessee Division with the administrative side of projects.
In her free time, she cook, hang out with family and friends, and plan events/parties.

Accounting Manager
Patrick Plaxco
Patrick Plaxco became part of the TCS team in early 2024, bringing a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to financial integrity. Working closely with the CFO, he oversees the accounting department and manages financial operations and reporting to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance across the organization. His collaborative approach and analytical mindset make him a key contributor to TCS’s financial health.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys spending quality time with his family, exploring new destinations, and experimenting in the kitchen.

Brett Hammond
Brett Hammond is a Superintendent at Thrash Construction Services with 18 years of helping clients and business owners with ground-up construction and/or remodels of existing spaces. As a superintendent, Brett uses that experience to help the clients build the vision they have on paper and make it a reality.

Christopher Baker
Christopher Baker is a Superintendent at TCS with 9 years of experience helping clients and business owners with interior renovations, remodels, and demolition projects. As a Superintendent, Chris uses his experience to ensure that the client is satisfied with every aspect of the project. Chris enjoys working in a team setting to achieve the goals of the project.

Ethan Ginn
Ethan Ginn has been with TCS since 2022 and uses his experience to manage daily construction activities on-site, coordinate and schedule work with subcontractors, adhere to safe work practices, and ensure a quality product is turned over to clients. Ethan is a graduate of the ULM School of Construction Management.
In his free time, Ethan enjoys spending time with his family and 2 dogs and all things outdoors.

Joseph Gillentine
Joseph Gillentine joined TCS as a Project Superintendent in June 2024, bringing over 24 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Known for his leadership and attention to detail, Joseph oversees daily operations on his jobsites, ensuring projects run smoothly and meet the highest standards of quality. His commitment to excellence and client satisfaction makes him a trusted asset on every build.

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys hunting and cherishing time with his family, embracing the outdoors and the moments that matter most.

John Schuerger
John Schuerger joined TCS as a Project Superintendent in October 2023, bringing over 40 years in the construction industry. With a strong focus on quality, safety, and team coordination, he ensures that each project runs efficiently and meets the highest standards.

Outside of work, he enjoys watching movies, playing video games and exploring his Christian faith through study and fellowship.

Curtis Reissig
Growing up working in construction, Curtis learned quick. Before operating and opening his own business working in residential remodeling, Curtis was working along side his father doing Cabinet building and remodeling.
In early 2024, Curtis joined Thrash Construction Services after relocating to East Texas with his wife to be closer to their grandchildren. His deep-rooted knowledge of the industry and passion for quality construction make him a valuable asset to the team.

James Null
James Null join Thrash Construction Tennessee team in Late 2025. With a career spanning nearly five decades, James has dedicated his life to the construction industry. What started out as a carpenter helper, now excelling as a project superintendent.

When he is not onsite, James enjoys the outdoors. You will find him Golfing, riding his motorcycle and going on a good hunting trip.
